What is MySlotHub?

MySlotHub is subscription booking software for business owners and professionals. You get a public booking page; customers request slots; you manage calendars, services, and approvals.

Who is it for?

MySlotHub supports clinics, salons and spas, sports venues, coaches, wedding and event planners, catering businesses, tutors, photographers, fitness studios, and developers who need a booking workflow.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New businesses choose one trial plan — Private Meet, Team Meet, Slot Book, or Hybrid — for 7 days before choosing a paid plan.

Can customers book online meetings?

Yes. Online and hybrid plans support online delivery. Connect your own Google account in Settings and MySlotHub can create a video meeting link when you accept a booking. Private (one-person) slots get a meeting per booking; group-capacity online slots share one meeting for that time, with confirmed customer emails added as calendar invitees. MySlotHub is not a Google product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Do you support advance payments?

Yes. Pay plans let you collect advance payments via Razorpay Checkout with Route transfers to your linked account. MySlotHub charges 0% commission; Razorpay processing or settlement fees may still apply.

Can I use MySlotHub outside India?

The product UI and booking flows are English-first for worldwide teams. Billing and Razorpay advance flows are optimized for India today — contact us if you need another region.

Is there an API for my own app?

Yes. The Developer API plan includes API keys and webhooks so you can call MySlotHub from your product.

Can I cancel an annual plan and get a refund?

Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase. You can cancel anytime to stop renewal at the end of the paid annual period; unused months are not refunded. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. See our Terms of Service for details.
